Ertz now has three catches for 22 yards in two games since he was added as a triage option in Dallas Goedert’s (knee) absence. Not that our expectations were high, but today’s statline was certainly underwhelming with DeVonta Smith (hamstring) joining Goedert on the shelf. Goedert has yet to resume practicing, meaning we are likely in for another week of Ertz fill-in status in Week 5 against the Jaguars.
