Hall will not practice today, and it sounds like he will not practice on Thursday or Friday either. Braelon Allen has played productively in his stead, most recently rushing 24 times for 116 yards and a touchdown against the Browns. Allen is a locked-in RB2 until Hall returns from his upper-leg injury.
