Nico Collins caught 2-of-5 targets for six yards in Houston’s Week 7 loss to the Giants. 2026-10-25 18:00:03 He did draw a defensive pass interference and a defensive holding, so at least he helped in points per penalty leagues. The Giants had defenders draped all over Collins for the majority of the game, and he was punished when he did catch the ball. It was Collins’ worst box score return since his rookie season, and one of only four games in his career where he was targeted and did not return at least 13 yards. The Texans wideout situation is complicated, but we’d still bet on Collins returning from the bye as a low-end WR1. |

Nico Collins caught 3-of-5 targets for 76 yards in Houston’s Week 6 win over the Jaguars. 2026-10-18 14:00:03 He added a long defensive pass interference penalty drawn on Travis Hunter to set up Houston’s second third-quarter touchdown. Collins also took an end around in the red zone for five rushing yards. Close, but ultimately not the line that fantasy managers were hoping for. Collins will remain in the low-end WR1 region against the Giants in Week 7. |

Nico Collins caught 7-of-8 targets for 118 yards and two touchdowns in Houston’s Week 4 loss to the Cowboys. 2026-10-04 17:00:03 He immediately busted out of the gates with a 45-yarder, caught a touchdown to end that drive, then found the end zone a second time in the second half when he worked to the other side of zone coverage and C.J. Stroud was able to find him on an improvised throw. Pretty good player. Collins handled 36-of-53 snaps, highest on the team. He’ll be a low-end WR1 against the Titans in Week 5. |

Nico Collins (hamstring) is not on Houston’s final Week 4 injury report. 2026-10-02 17:00:03 He got in a full session and will escape the line. Collins doesn’t play the same amount of snaps that most of the league’s top wideouts play anyway, so even if he is managed a bit, he can be trusted as a low-end WR1 in what looks to be a smash spot against a bad Cowboys pass defense, though one that is integrating new trade acquisition Joey Porter Jr. against Collins. |

Nico Collins (hamstring) was seen practicing on Friday. 2026-10-02 13:00:03 We’re still waiting for the final injury report to drop, but Collins appears set to return in Week 4 after missing the last two games with a hamstring injury. Collins was listed as limited in Wednesday’s and Thursday’s practices and has been trending in the right direction all week. We’ll check back in when the Texans officially confirm Collins’ status ahead of the weekend. |
