News for Mitchell, Elijah
Elijah Mitchell rushed three times for 11 yards in Philadelphia’s Week 7 loss to the Cowboys, adding three receptions for 23 yards on four targets. 2026-10-27 15:00:02 With both Saquon Barkley (back) and Dameon Pierce (undisclosed) shuttling off in the fourth quarter, it was practice squad elevation Mitchell helping to close out a loss to the Cowboys. Eagles signed RB Eljiah Mitchell to their practice squad. 2026-10-20 17:00:02 This time, they mean it. Mitchell has a decent chance to be elevated for Week 7 based on what we know today, which is that the Eagles waived Ian Wheeler from the practice squad and have only Saquon Barkley and Dameon Pierce on the active roster. This appears to be quite a fluid situation.
Eagles signed RB Elijah Mitchell. 2026-06-02 14:00:03 Mitchell now gets to be the “other” player who has been on New England and Philadelphia’s rosters this offseason. Released by the Patriots after the draft, Mitchell will try to catch on as a depth back behind Saquon Barkley.
Patriots released RB Elijah Mitchell. 2026-04-28 16:00:02 It was almost a three-month stay on New England’s offseason roster. Seventh-rounder Jam Miller appears to have taken Mitchell’s spot on the depth chart, though Terrell Jennings is likely the third back in the pecking order behind Rhamondre Stevenson and TreVeyon Henderson.
