Tough break for a 2023 seventh-round pick that had just started finding real playing time in the desert. The 26-year-old is in the final year of his rookie contract. His absence should open up more targets for Kendrick Bourne.
Jalen Brooks caught 1-of-6 targets for 35 yards in the Cardinals’ Week 7 loss to the Broncos. 2026-10-25 22:00:03 Brooks’ only catch of the day saw him dragged down by the ankle at the one-yard line. Jacoby Brissett tried to get him going with a few deep shots, but the two failed to connect on all but one of their tries. In three games without Marvin Harrison Jr. in the lineup, Brooks has five catches for 81 scoreless yards. He is not on the fantasy radar for Week 8 versus Dallas.
