Gunnar Helm caught 5-of-9 targets for 76 yards in the Titans’ Week 8 loss to the Bengals. 2026-11-01 19:00:02 Helm saw career-highs in targets and receiving yards in a high-scoring game against the Bengals. He saw a few targets in the flats but was targeted downfield multiple times, catching two passes of at least 24 yards. Helm also caught a two-point conversion in the fourth quarter. He is the Titans primary pass-catching tight end and saw heavy usage in a pass-heavy game script. Fantasy managers should not anticipate more game scripts like this for the Titans but Helm is a deep league streaming tight end option once the Titans come out of a Week 9 bye week. |

Gunnar Helm caught 3-of-4 targets for 24 yards in the Titans’ Week 7 loss to the Browns. 2026-10-25 18:00:02 Running a route on 23 of the team’s 34 drop backs, Helm was a little more involved than usual in the Titans’ low-octane passing attack. With fewer than 30 receiving yards in every game this season, Helm should not be rostered in any fantasy format for now. He’s been targeted on just 12 percent of his routes in 2026. |

Gunnar Helm failed to catch his only target in Tennessee’s Week 5 loss to the Texans. 2026-10-11 17:00:02 45 snaps, one target. Helm has somehow grown less relevant than his 4/28 Week 1 showing would have even suggested. He can be dropped in most leagues at this point. |

Gunnar Helm caught 2-of-4 targets for 14 yards in the Titans’ Week 3 loss to the Giants. 2026-09-27 21:00:03 Helm continued to split reps with Daniel Bellinger, who also caught two passes today. Helm hasn’t topped 30 yards in a game this year and his four catches in Week 1 remain a high-water mark. He isn’t even in the TE2 mix for Week 4. |
